Just signed up for Meagan's program so looking forward to getting started. I decided to get both the Meal Plan and the Workouts.
Was so thrilled to find the 30 Day Challenge Program program that I can do from home. With a couple of young kids it is impossible to get to a Gym with set workout times.
I first started my journey on the health and fitness train just after our first daughter was born 12 years ago. Now it is part of my everyday routine, just like brushing my teeth!
I wanted to be the best mother I could possibly be and teach my daughters the same.
When they were babies I started making up workout routines in my lounge room while they were sleeping. Each workout would go for approx. 30 mins, as that was the only time I had. I also made sure I was eating a balanced healthy diet and in 8 months I was back in the best shape I had ever been in and here I am 12 years later sharing my tips and plans with you!
