My meal and workout plans are specially designed to make you’re life easy and healthy at the same time. They are the things I do on a daily basis to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle.
The Meal plans are REAL foods made tasty and easy and won’t cost you a fortune.
I have also included some “On the go” options as we don’t always have a lot of time to prepare meals.
You can also change them slightly to suit what you have in the fridge or to you’re liking.
The workout plans are all approximately 20-3mins long so you can easily fit them into you’re busy day.
The beauty of these workouts are that you can do them in you’re p.j’s if you like in the comfort of your own lounge room!
Don’t worry if you can’t get through the whole workout straight away, they are designed so that you can build up to them and when your super fit and strong you might want to move up to my other programs!
